Shipment and return

The packages are usually sent within two days from the receipt of the payment and thy are shipped by UPS with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer a delivery with UPS extra with signature requested, an extra cost will be added. For this reason we request that you contact us before choosing this way of shipment. Any kind of shipment should you require, we will provide you a link to track your package online.

Shipment expenses include management and packaging fees and post expenses. Management fees are fixed but shipping costs can vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advice you to gather together your items in one order. It is not possible for us to gather together two different orders separately done, so the shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but particular care will be given in case of fragile items.

The boxes have adequately wide dimensions and your items are properly protected.
